Processing Time

Processing time may vary depending on what and how much is purchased. Below are the guidelines of when you should expect your items to ship: 

Quilting Services: Once any projects are received, I will get those completed and shipped back within 10-14 business days. (Please allow shipping time after that to receive your items back).

Fabric: Any fabric which is purchased will be shipped out within 1-2 business days. 

Custom Quilts: Please allow 10-14 business days for quilts to be created and shipped out. (Please allow shipping time after that to receive your items). 

*Please note that if you are purchasing large quantities of Quilts, Fabric or Quilting Services, processing time may vary. I will be sure to communicate any delays with you via email. Additionally, as soon as items ship out, you will receive tracking information. 

Shipping/
Packaging

All items will be carefully packaged when shipped. Quilts will be packaged in a vacuum sealed bag to ensure no damage can occur during shipping. (*This can cause quilts to arrive wrinkled) 

Currently I am shipping through UPS and/or USPS. 

All orders will come with a tracking number and will be provided as soon as the items are shipped. 

Quilting Services: You will be responsible for getting your project to me. Pricing includes return shipping to you.
